ABOUT ARTIST JAKKA JANG
Jakka Jang, a South Korean artist born in 1957, has held numerous significant positions in the art world, serving as a judge and organizer for international art competitions. Currently, he is the President of the International Committee of the Korean Art Association and the President of the 21st Century International Culture and Art Exchange Association.
EXHIBITIONS
Jakka Jang has held 60 solo exhibitions and participated in approximately 800 group exhibitions worldwide, including major venues in Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul, New York, Paris, Paraha, Doha, Dubai, Phu Quoc, Hanoi, and many others. He has published art works: \"Korean Figurative Paintings\" in 2010, \"For You\" in 2014, \"Painter\" in 2015, and \"Nude Paintings \'Moving Body\'\" in 2017.
AWARDS
Jakka Jang has received numerous prestigious awards: the Korean Regional Contribution Award in 2012, the Writer of the Year Award in 2014, the Korean Creative Culture and Arts Award in 2015, the 2016 Grand Prize for Brilliant Koreans in Korea, and the 2018 Korea Sharing Award.
